Kalinka Real Estate is currently seeking experienced and motivated Property Consultants to join our team in Dubai. We are looking for individuals who are driven by results, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and have a genuine passion for real estate.
This is a commission-only position, ideal for professionals who are confident in their sales abilities and eager to maximize their earning potential in Dubai's competitive property market.
Responsibilities:

• Actively generate, manage, and follow up on leads.
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the entire sales or leasing process.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Stay informed about current market trends, property laws, and real estate projects.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate or sales within the UAE is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
• Must have own visa (company visa can be discussed for top performers).
