Looking for assertive individuals with strong sales and skills, prepared to excel in the role of a Real Estate agent for secondary market. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Actively approach potential buyers and sellers in the secondary market. \xc2\xb7 Police clearance certificate \xc2\xb7 Understand and identify client needs, preferences, and financial capabilities. \xc2\xb7 Stay informed about property trends, pricing, and competitor activities. \xc2\xb7 Guide clients through the buying or selling process, including legal and financial aspects. \xc2\xb7 Generate and follow up on qualified leads to initiate and close property transactions. \xc2\xb7 Manage property viewings, presentations, and negotiation processes. \xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with changes in market regulations, legal requirements, and industry practices. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, contracts, and client interactions. Qualifications and Skills: \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the Dubai market. \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of the secondary real estate market, including legal and financial aspects. \xc2\xb7 Strong negotiation and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 RERA certification is a plus. \xc2\xb7 UAE driving license is also an advantage Benefits:
