We are looking for an experienced real estate agent to join our team. Marna Lux Real Estate offers you the opportunity to build your own success story in Dubai\'s dynamic property market with a purely commission-based structure. COMMISSION-BASED JOB ONLY - NO BASIC SALARY [TIERED COMMISSION FROM 50% - 70%] Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities:
- Show properties and assist clients in finding their dream property
- Guide clients through the process of making an offer and closing a deal
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
- A minimum 6 months\' experience is a must.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented individual.
- Good communication and negotiation skills lead to successful closings.
- Pro-active, organized, presentable, and able to work independently as well as be part of a team.
- Russian, Chinese, French/European languages are a bonus.
- Immediate joiners are required.
- Good commission.
- Good Admin and Marketing support
- Company mobile device with a company SIM card.
- Access to list properties in all advertising portals (Property-Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle).
