Only commission basis Responsibilities - Managing the entire transaction process of a property purchase or sale. - Maintaining strong knowledge of the real estate market and being able to provide expert advice to their clients. - Determining clients\' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them. - Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing. - Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value. - Promoting sales through social media. - Networking and building relationship with potential clients. Qualifications -Excellent communication in ENGLISH and Arabic is a MUST (Writing, reading, and speaking).
