- Prospect and meet clients
- Set individual targets and develop a strategy to exceed those
- Execute your strategy to ensure lead conversion
- Maintaining all administrative duties related to the role
- Determine clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
- Mediate negotiation processes; consult clients on market prices; legal requirements and related matters
- Become an area specialist in community of focus
- Prospect new clients with properties to rent/sell
- Increase client base & build long-term relationships with new clients
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Perform comparative market analysis to reassure clients
