We are hiring a property consultant: The following are the duties and responsibilities of a property consultant and they are:

Calculating the cost of repairs needed to sell a home or helping buyers negotiate price reductions when necessary
Preparing lists of accessible properties that specific criteria, such as location, price range, amenities, and number of bedrooms
Delivering home staging services to help sellers prepare their homes for sale to get the best price possible
Delivering information about local real estate laws and regulations to potential buyers and sellers
Conducting comparative market analysis to determine the value of properties
Empowering clients with information about available financing options and mortgage rates
Marketing properties to possible buyers through online listings, open houses,and other forms of advertising
Assisting clients to choose between buying a new home or refinancing an existing one
Formulating paperwork for clients who are buying or selling properties, such as contracts and disclosures
Encouraging clients to make excellent property-purchasing decisions
Mapping out strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell
Performing negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients
Conveying with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents
Consulting with clients to specify their needs, preferences, and other financial concerns
Maintaining a substantial database of all properties for sale

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,537.96 - AED14,449.24 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
