Commission upto 70% Estimated monthly income: AED 30,000 - 40,000 Your job profile includes but is not restricted to the following: Soliciting clients (buyers, sellers, investors, developers, tenants)
Studying the market for updated prices, new launches, availability etc
Building relationships with clients
Marketing properties effectively on portals and social media
Networking and building a strong referral network
Effectively qualifying requirements of the client
Matching requirements between clients
Conducting viewings
Negotiating the transaction
Executing the transaction and the required paper work To perform in this role, you must have: Minimum 1-2 years sales experience (Real estate preferred)
UAE/International driving license & Car
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Determination & Discipline
High Ethical standards Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED40,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
