Candidates must be enthusiastic, energetic and willing to work with Dubai\xe2\x80\x99s most growing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit these criteria. Responsibilities:
Work with the team on CRM and sales inventory
Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling/leasing property including preparation and execution of sales agreements and advertising materials.
Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM.
Continually networking and identifying business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information and laws
Help clients navigate the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
Advertise and market living spaces.
Negotiate living space rent and close deals.
Provide monthly sales reports to Sales Manager
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 Months of Dubai-based sales experience
Honesty and integrity
RERA Certification is an advantage.
Knowledge of DLA and Dubai purchase process
Well presented with a professional image
Negotiation skills & Communication skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
2-3 years of industry sales experience a plus
Strong communication skills
Social media experience a plus
