Job Description
Job Title: Real Estate Broker Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Business Bay, Department: Real Estate Reports To: Team Leader / Real Estate Manager Summary: A Real Estate Broker is a licensed professional who assists buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. They are responsible for finding and marketing properties, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Real Estate Brokers must have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and be able to build relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of properties for sale or lease
- Generate and qualify leads
- Conduct viewings with potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Coordinate all aspects of the closing process
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- At least 6 Months of experience working as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (preferred)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Languages would be added advantage.
- 50% Commission.
- All Property Portals with maximum nos. of listings
- Back office support.
- Fresh Leads.
