Job Title: Real Estate Broker Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Business Bay, Department: Real Estate Reports To: Team Leader / Real Estate Manager Summary: A Real Estate Broker is a licensed professional who assists buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. They are responsible for finding and marketing properties, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Real Estate Brokers must have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and be able to build relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a portfolio of properties for sale or lease
Generate and qualify leads
Conduct viewings with potential buyers or tenants
Negotiate offers and contracts
Coordinate all aspects of the closing process
Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Qualifications:
At least 6 Months of experience working as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (preferred)
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Languages would be added advantage.
Compensation:
50% Commission.
