Job Description
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service.
- Identify client requirements and financial abilities and match those to our property portfolio.
- Consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Maintain records on internal databases as well as handle enquiries generated from the internet, telephone, and walk-ins, in a professional manner.
- Have good knowledge on the Dubai Real estate market.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification or experience.
- RERA License is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel and Outlook) and CRM Systems.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within given parameters of instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Some knowledge in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
