JOB DESCRIPTION: \xc2\xb7 Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions. \xc2\xb7 Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale. \xc2\xb7 Conduct market research and analysis to advise clients on property values, trends, and opportunities \xc2\xb7 Conducting negotiations with the clients. \xc2\xb7 Communicating with Marketing, Accounts team to prepare sale documents. \xc2\xb7 Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in each time frame.
