Advertise and market living spaces.
Finds and reaches out to new prospects.
Discover clients\' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
Legal requirements and related matters
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting. Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. Qualifications: Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Strong communication skills
Have strong knowledge of Dubai communities and developers.
Mortgage rates, fees, service charges, and competitions
Ability to attend transfer meetings to close out transactions Leverage your clientele and achieve monthly sales and profit targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability
Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a friendly focus on customer experience.
Valid UAE Driving license
