You will also have the opportunity to work on your desired area of expertise along with the advantage of selling the latest off-plan projects in Dubai. Qualifications :
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
- Real estate experience in Dubai and proven community expert in one area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Languages: English, and Arabic.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Provide dedicated services to buyers and investors and assist in purchasing and selling, primary and secondary real estate properties.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents.
- Be highly presentable to be consumer facing when required.
- Adhere to real estate laws and has a good knowledge in finance, mortgage and related government protocols.
