Eva Real Estate is looking for You! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months experience in the real estate industry. Proficiency in property market documentation and understanding of Dubai\'s market trends are essential. As a Property Consultant with Eva Real Estate, you will actively identify and engage potential clients for both Primary and Secondary markets, through various channels such as calling, advertising, and impactful business presentations. Your ability to analyze market trends, demographics, and emerging opportunities will allow you to identify high-demand and lucrative areas for investment. About The Role:

• Cultivate a portfolio of prime properties to showcase across prominent portals and websites, ensuring optimal visibility and ranking for maximum exposure.
• Consistently generate new listings on a monthly basis
• Engage in continual networking within key focal communities to establish a lasting presence among buyers and sellers alike
• Facilitate seamless coordination across essential departments to ensure a streamlined marketing and sales process
• Nurture relationships for long-term success, cementing strong bonds with both existing and prospective clientele
• Consistent follow up on all leads to foster sales pipeline growth
• Provide regular updates through the company CRM
• Provide accurate information for all new listings and make updates as required
• Adhere to the company\'s policies and procedures for all internal and external transactions
• Forge a reputation founded on trust, dependability, and outstanding achievements, garnering recognition from customers, colleagues, and competitors alike

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED100,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
