Job Description
We are looking to hire Self Motivated, Highly Ambitious, and Result Oriented Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants to be joining our team in Dubai. Preferably females (Multi language speaker) Responsibilities:
- Prepare a daily action plan and set regular targets.
- Arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings on regular basis through personal networking, farming and cold calling.
- Schedule property viewings with potential clients and take notes on client requirements and follow up
- Develop strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
- Consult with clients and identify their need, financial concern, and preferences.
- Strong sales and negotiation communication skills.
- Self-driven individuals with a positive attitude.
- Punctual, Courteous and Presentable.
- Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment
