UWRE Property Brokers is a leading real estate company that specializes in the secondary market and sale of off-plan properties. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Property Consultant to join our team. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business and advising clients on property purchases. Responsibilities: ? Generating new business through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques ? Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients ? Advising clients on property purchases and providing expert knowledge on off-plan projects ? Conducting property viewings with potential clients ? Negotiating and closing sales deals ? Meeting and exceeding sales targets ? Communicating with management and team members to provide regular updates on sales progress Requirements: ? Freshers can also apply ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills ? Self-motivated with a positive attitude ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team We offer a competitive commission-based compensation package or salary on business generation monthly and the opportunity to work with an established real estate company that has its own in-house off-plan project.
