We are seeking a dynamic and motivated property consultant to join our team. As a property consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients who are interested in buying, selling, or renting properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and help them find the perfect property that meets their requirements. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate industry. - Network with potential clients and build relationships with existing ones. - Advise clients on the buying, selling, or renting of properties, including providing property valuations and negotiating sales or rental agreements. - Conduct property viewings and inspections. - Prepare and present marketing materials to promote properties to potential buyers or renters. - Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices. Requirements: - Should have at least 2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate Market. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus). - Knowledge of Excel, CRM, Property Portals. - Must have a valid UAE driving License and own vehicle.
