We are looking for an experienced Property Consultant to join our Anzo Marketing Real Estate team in Dubai. He is responsible for providing lease management services, performing market analysis and helping clients find the best properties to invest in. Skills Required: Strong Sales, negotiation & communication skills, computer skills, excellent interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services
- Preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal
- Assessing a client\xe2\x80\x99s property needs
- Conducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability and encouraging clients to invest
- Analysing trends in housing data and identifying possible properties for clients
- Writing reports for clients with factual conclusions
- Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase the value of the client\xe2\x80\x99s properties.
