Keeping in touch with clients via calls and emails Advertising, marketing, and promoting property vacancies to attract prospective tenants/buyers. Overseeing and handling negotiations with real estate agents and/or realtors on behalf of clients. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Professional Strong negotiation skills. Excellent customer service skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Driving License is an added advantage. Multilingual is an added advantage.
