Part-time hours: 20 per week Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ambitious and self-motivated real estate specialist.
- Should have a solid knowledge and understanding of the real estate market in the UAE.
- Communication skills and building solid relationships.
- A lively, energetic, goal-oriented individual with a positive state of mind.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding sales and negotiation skills.
- Create and manage real estate listings for sale.
- Assessing customers\' desires and economic capabilities to discover suitable proposals.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, prices, specifications, and property availability.
- Help sellers in the best way to promote the property to attract advantageous offers.
- At least 6 months to 2 years experience in a real estate company in Dubai.
- Good speaking and fluency in English is required.
- Candidate who speaks Arabic//Russian/Chinese is an added advantage.
- Holds a valid driving license in the United Arab Emirates \xe2\x80\xa2
- Graduated salary and commission structure of up to 80% dependent on experience for top performers.
