Responsibilities Consult with clients throughout the real estate transaction process and offer advice on how to best market their home and how to best position themselves to purchase a home. Oversee and negotiate terms of contract for real estate sales and purchases. Understand and be able to consult with clients about the local real estate market. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices. Maintain and update listings of available properties. Self-motivated and driven to succeed. Strong work ethic and able to work without supervision. Excellent written and spoken English Good computer literacy Own network of clients is a bonus UAE driving license and own car.
