Job Description
AZCB Real Estate is looking for a FEMALE Real Estate Sales Consultant (Russian, British, Chinese, French, Ukraine & others) to work in its branch in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate, a good negotiator, and people-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling ready and Off-Plan properties. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success. Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with developers\' representatives.
- Procure daily property inventory directly from the developer.
- Stay up to date with new launches and existing projects as well as the current offers in the market.
- Daily contacting the leads received from the marketing department using phone calls, Whatsapp, or any other means of communication.
- Ability to initiate and close sale deals.
- Perform marketing activities such as creating short video clips and posting them on social media, sending e-mails, text messages, and Whatsapp messages to prospective clients.
- Develop a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
- Follow up with potential clients on their requests and offer them multiple options.
- Stays up to date with sales market trends, best practices, and promotional trends.
- Resolves clients\' complaints by investigating problems, suggesting solutions; preparing reports; and making recommendations to the management.
- Updates the required reports such as weekly reports on the number of Leeds received, daily calls made, viewing conducted, meetings held, and deals closed.
- Ability to achieve the agreed-upon monthly sales targets.
- To assist the sales team in achieving the overall department\xe2\x80\x99s goal.
- Bachelor degree.
- 1-3 years of real experience.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and a team player.
- Strong communication skills.
- English is a must. Another language is a plus.
- Proven track record of previous sales.
- Driving a License is a plus.
