PEOPLE PERFECT ADVISORY, a leading recruitment and consultancy company in Dubai, is currently looking for a Property Consultant for one of the leading Real Estate Company in the UAE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring fair and honest deals.
• Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales target.
• Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
• Presentation to customers on the project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
• Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide customers with integrity and build trust.

• Nationality preference will be to German, Russian and Italian
• Valid UAE driving License.
• Minimum two year experience as property consultant in UAE.
• Must be a Team Player with good communication skills.
• Ability to mediate disagreements between buyers and sellers.
• Intermediate knowledge for MS Office.
• Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
• Trustworthy and results-driven.
• Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation.
