Job Description

Roots Land Real Estate is hiring dedicated and experienced Real Estate professionals with experience in the sales and leasing department. Property Consultants Successful candidates will be expected to actively negotiate and coordinate the sales & leasing and acquisition of property from inquiry, lead to contract closure, listing the property for lease, updating the CRM with inquiries and negotiation process. Being a part of our sales and leasing team you will be required to offer a seamless service and provide a professional and passionate attitude at all times, liaise with existing clients to sell and lease their properties, and hold the responsibility to source new opportunities via business development.

• Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow-up to convert them into opportunities.
• Manage all leads in a contact database system, set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications.
• Achieve individual monthly targets set by management
• Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling/leasing property, including preparation and execution of sales agreements.
• Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments.
• Conduct viewings to potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Actively maintain the company's databases for upload of data in respect to client information, documents, viewings arranged etc.
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
• Have an understanding of local process and administration of completing the sale or lease of a property (i.e. drafting of sale agreement, MOU, POA, DEWA).
• Stay up to date with the real estate market and inform clients about market trends and the home leasing/buying process.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 - 5 Years in Leasing, Sales, (Real Estate Industry)
• Job Location: Dubai, Business Bay
• Any Nationality can apply
• Good written and verbal Communication Skills
• Driving license/Car
