You will need to be money hungry, self-motivated, and have a proven track record in real estate.
:
- Generating new business using leads generated by the company and your own
- Building a strong relationship with developers and mastering all knowledge about their projects
- Matching clients to specific properties and acting as an investment adviser
- Negotiating offers and payment plans with buyer.
- Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
- Collaborating with the marketing team on open houses, roadshows and other lead-generating activities
- Real estate license (RERA)
- Visa and medical insurance
- Commission of up to 50% to 70%
- 30 days' holiday per year
- Driving license essential
- Languages - fluent English / other languages is a bonus
- Results Driven

- Commission Only - Market Leading Structure
- Real estate: 2 to 3 year (Preferred)
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
