This is a commission-based job where we believe in immediate disbursement of commissions at time of closing and flexibility and freedom for our team.
We are looking for honest, hard-working, target-oriented and motivated Real Estate Consultants to join our team! Support from Housess: Progressive commissions up to 70% (paid immediately)
Extensive marketing on all web portals and social media platforms. Premium accounts
with Property Finder, Dubbizle and Bayut
Updated database for each area
Lead distribution among agents
In-house Photographer/Videographer for your properties
Back office support to coordinate administrative tasks
Diversified and friendly office environment
In-house professional training on property market and sales technique
Company Visa, Medical Insurance, RERA card, Laptop & Business Cards
Company Car + Driver (shared) Requirements:
Proven working experience as a real estate agent or salesperson
Proven track of successful sales record amongst clients
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation
Pleasant and trustworthy
Excellent written and oral communication in English. Arabic, Russian and French will be an added advantage
Previous RERA training and license is an advantage
Demonstrable experience in generating leads and closing deals
UAE driver's license and regular access to own personal transportation
