• Advise Sellers and Landlords to market and promote their properties for the right price to the right client.
• Serves as mediators between Sellers and Buyers, Landlords and Tenants in choosing for the right and best property that will suit the Buyers/Tenants budget.
• Keeping upmarket and promote their properties for the right price to the right clients.
• Perform CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) to ascertain the property value for the Buyers and Sellers.
• Constant networking with various referral points within their sphere of influence to generate and broaden their business through the industry of professionals.
• As an employee you represent the company brand hence Personal Grooming and a Smart Business attire is required at all times.

Required Education, Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of real estate sales experience in in the UAE (Brokerage)
• Highly organized
• Love Problem Solving
• Thrive in a busy/demanding environment
• A self-starter with plenty of initiative
• Strong team player but can also work independently
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken (English)
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• Previous RERA certification is an added advantage
• A.E Driving License is a must (Please do not apply if you do not hold a valid UAE driving license
