We are looking for a property consultant to join our growing team and who can join us immediately, Male or Female. Who will oversee Real Estate transactions between buyers and sellers. Has the ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills and has strong and confident negotiation skills. Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of working experience in the same field and especially in Off Plan Properties in Dubai. Responsibilities will include:
- Lead generation, both instructions and prospective clients, through warm calling
- Valuations
- Networking to become an area specialist within your assigned community
- Qualifying new leads
- Conducting viewings
