We are looking to hire an experienced, confident & dynamic Property Consultant who is capable of targeting the potential clients and closing the deals on a commission!

What we need:

• At least 2years experience in Dubai real estate brokerage firm.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Must be a proactive, task oriented and self-driven.
• Up to date with UAE Real Estate market trends.
• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services
• Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
• Conduct price negotiations with property agents on behalf of a client to reach a favourable price.
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Have an extensive understating of the UAE real estate market and familiarity with leasehold and freeholds, off plans, ready properties.
• Ensure good professional relationships with owners, developers, and clients - Ensure all leads and inquiries are attended to as per best customer service practices.
• Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make
