Job Description
We are currently looking for dynamic Estate Agents both Fresher's & experienced (1 year) for our Off Plan, Secondary Sales & Leasing. UAE Driving License is a must for this position, having a car will be additional advantage Job Responsibilities Include
- Assisting clients in a professional ethical manner in finding them a suitable property to reside in.
- Achieving sales targets / KPI's.
- Stay up-to-date with the property market and new Projects.
- Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and Landlords.
- Ensure all enquiries are attended to within a timely manner.
- Follow-up with your clients on a regular basis.
- Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately.
- Follow company's policy and procedure for each transaction.
- Brand awareness boasting 15 Years within the Dubai Real Estate market.
- Marketing exposure
- Premium and extensive portal advertising packages
- Gold Coast Training Academy
- LeadIng CRM system
- Employment Visa and Medical Insurance.
- Base Salary and Commission attractive commission based.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
