Morgan's International Realty, the UAE's premier luxury real estate brokerage, is seeking an exceptional individual/ Property Consultant to join its Dubai-based brokerage. Morgan's International Realty is a market leader in the industry. We are currently recruiting a small number of experienced professionals for the 2022 . These individuals must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, ambitious, well-presented, and, most importantly, have prior experience assisting ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

• Exceed industry sales targets/key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the Head of Sales.
• Provide specialized services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals in relation to the sale and transfer of primary and secondary real estate properties.
• Promote the company's ultra-luxury branded developments in Dubai and meet set sales targets.
• Maintain a professional appearance is required to work in our luxury real estate offices.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with prospective customers and guide them through their journey with exceptional service.
• Provide clients with information about market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Secure agreements with secondary market property owners to market properties in UHNW residential communities and developments.
• In accordance with Sales Administration policies, prepare documents such as listing forms, marketing addendums, and requirements.
• Verify that the above-mentioned listing documents adhere to Dubai's Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) standards.
• Schedule appointments with prospective buyers to show properties.

Requirements
Accompany purchasers on property visits and inspections, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are viewing.

• Provide purchase offers to sellers.
• Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers during negotiations over property prices and settlement terms, as well as during the closing of sales.
• Oversee the signing of documents during property closings.
• Ensure that purchase contract terms are met in a timely manner in accordance with an internal conveyance team.
• Applicants must be registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and must be based in Dubai.
