COMMISSION BASE JOB: The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and finding living spaces that fit them. You will then negotiate rent/sale and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success. Responsibilities Stage and show living spaces Advertise and market living spaces Finds and reaches out to new prospects Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client Qualifications Must have at least 2 years of UAE experience in Sales or Real Estate. Any Nationalities. Speak many languages (Russian, Italian, Spanish, French, Chinese.....) Preferred. Primary Market experience of at least 1 year. RERA certified preferred but not required. Holding a valid UAE Driving license is preferred. Must be attentive, detail-oriented, and hardworking. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability. Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
