Property Consultant
Job Description
Requirements 1. Living in Dubai for at least 2 years 2. Knowledge about Dubai 3. A highly motivated individual who is self-disciplined and has 'passion' for real estate. 4. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients 5. Several years of verified sales experience 6. UAE Driving license it can be a plus 7. Excellent Time- Management and organisational skills 8. Well versed in English (Verbal and Written) Key Duties - Prepare a daily action plan and set regular targets. - Generate new property listings via networking, site-visits and regular meetings and cold-calls. - Schedule property viewings with potential clients and take notes on client requirements and follow up. - Follow proper documentation on all transactions and ensure full compliance of Laws and Regulations and Company Policies. - Understand client requirements and present several options to buyers/tenants for their property search to short-list properties and finalise the deal. - Provide honest feedback to clients and promote ethics and integrity on all transactions. We are looking for Chinese , German and French native speakers with a good knowledge of English. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Experience:
- real estate sales: 3 years (Required)
- French or German or Chinese (Preferred)
- UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Preferred)
