Job Description
We are expanding and looking for proactive team players to join our growing team! Full Job requirements;
- Experience in Dubai market (MUST)
- Off plan Sale
- Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.
- Qualifying potential buyers
- Setting appointments and attending viewings and following up on leads
- Negotiating offers and contract negotiation
- Maintain regular contact with all client
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Driving license and car is must
- RERA License (Required)
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Real Estate: 2 years (Required)
- Rera Broker License (Preferred)
