Tasks .
Requirements Responsibilities:
- Specialise in assisting investors and buyers, to help them make appropriate decisions regarding property purchases
- Update Sellers and Landlords about the current Real Estate market
- Conduct research and analysis of the property market to determine areas with increasing demand and profitability
- Evaluate the requirements and objectives of clients to identify their needs
- Give clients recommendations and advice when choosing appropriate properties to invest in
- Able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills
- Commit to achieving sales targets
- RERA broker card is a plus
- All nationalities are welcome to apply
- UAE driving license is a MUST
