Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify potential buyers, sellers, and tenants.
Manage property listings, conduct viewings, and close deals.
Advise clients on property options, market conditions, and legal requirements.
Collaborate with internal marketing and admin teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Stay informed about real estate trends, new developments, and regulations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing (Abu Dhabi experience is an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
Fluent in English (Arabic or Chinese is a plus).
