: Property Consultant - Chinese & English Speaking Clients

Position Overview
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a bilingual Property Consultant fluent in Chinese and English to support our growing client base from China and other Mandarin?speaking regions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to guide international clients through the full property purchase process in Abu Dhabi. This role requires professionalism, market knowledge, and a client?focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Chinese?speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and transactions.
Provide clear and accurate information in both Chinese and English regarding property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, investors, and partners.
Prepare property presentations, investment proposals, and market reports tailored to Chinese?speaking clients.
Maintain up?to?date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including off?plan projects and secondary market listings.
Ensure all documentation and transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns targeting Chinese?speaking audiences.
Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and networking activities relevant to the Chinese market.
Qualifications and Skills
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property investment (UAE experience preferred).
Strong understanding of property sales processes and investment principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet sales targets in a fast?paced environment.
Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and a client?centric mindset.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Knowledge of Chinese culture and business etiquette is an advantage.
