Property Consultant
ofChinese nationality
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a proven ability to communicate effectively with Chinese clients, and a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.Key Responsibilities:
Actively source and list properties for sale and rent. Build and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking clients. Provide professional guidance and advice on buying, selling, and leasing properties. Conduct viewings and negotiate deals to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and trends. Assist clients through the entire transaction process, from property selection to closing.
Requirements:
Chinese nationality (Mandarin-speaking required). Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player. Fluency in Mandarin and English (Arabic is a plus). Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
