About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Property Consultant with deep expertise in the Abu Dhabi real estate market. This role requires strong market awareness, excellent client?facing skills, and the ability to guide buyers, sellers, and investors through the full property transaction process with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on residential and investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi's key communities. Conduct property viewings, market assessments, and client consultations. Maintain a strong understanding of local market trends, pricing, and upcoming developments. Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company?provided leads. Manage the full sales or leasing cycle, from initial inquiry to closing. Build and maintain long?term relationships with clients, landlords, and developers. Prepare and review necessary documentation in compliance with UAE real estate regulations. Keep property listings updated and ensure accurate information is reflected across all platforms. Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Broker in the UAE, with a strong focus on the Abu Dhabi market. In?depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developers, and market dynamics. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet performance targets. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle. ADREC certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it. Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing tools. Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
