Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a knowledgeable and driven Property Consultant with deep expertise in the Abu Dhabi real estate market. This role is ideal for a professional who understands local buyer behavior, developer offerings, and investment trends. You will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions, providing market insights, and delivering exceptional service that reflects our brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate developments, pricing trends, and legal regulations Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers and investors Build and manage a portfolio of listings, ensuring accurate and timely updates Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and promotional materials Represent the company at property exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events Provide post-sale support and maintain long-term client relationships
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on the Abu Dhabi market Strong understanding of local property laws, developer offerings, and investment dynamics Proven track record of successful transactions and client satisfaction Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle RERA or DMT certification preferred
