- Client Consultation:
- Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Assess clients\' requirements and preferences to identify suitable properties.
- Provide comprehensive information on available properties, including location, amenities, and pricing.
- Property Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of properties to determine market value and potential for appreciation.
- Analyze property features, condition, and comparable sales data to determine appropriate listing prices or offers.
- Advise clients on property investment opportunities based on market trends and forecasts.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop effective marketing strategies to promote properties for sale or rent.
- Create compelling property listings with detailed descriptions and high-quality images.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events, to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiation and Transaction Management:
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients during property transactions.
- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and appraisals.
- Facilitate the drafting and signing of purchase agreements, leases, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Bachelor\'s degree in real estate, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- Real Estate: 2 years (Required)
- English (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Required)
- Abu Dhabi (Required)
- Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (Required)
