We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have sales experience and a strong interest in the real estate industry. You will be responsible for providing clients with expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties, as well as managing relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Conduct property viewings and inspections
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements
- Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes
- Sales experience in any industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and resourceful in finding solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using technology and social media platforms
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the industry
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
