Description
We are looking for a professional Real Estate to join one of the fastest growing team in the Real Estate sector in Abu Dhabi. Real estate Agent responsibilities include Marketing listings and providing guidance for clients looking for lease or purchase properties across the Abu Dhabi Market. Responsibilities
- Assisting clients for purchase of units basis requirement from secondary or resale market.
- Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
- Display and market real property to possible buyers.
- Prepare necessary paperworks (Contracts, lease, deeds, closing statements etc).
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listings services.
- Remain knowledgeable about Real Estate markets and best practices.
- Check ads on property portals.
- Make calls
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Can work under pressure.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
