PROPERTY & LEASING MANAGER required urgently for a reputed Group for their Real Estate Division
Job requirement: Graduation. Min. 8 years experience in UAE with real estate/property companies. Responsible for handling multiple projects, maintenance and leasing activities. Knowledge of tenant improvement budgeting and scheduling. Able to negotiate and convince tenants & customers. Good knowledge of property rules and regulations and able to liaise with various authorities.
