Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Advisor to join our client in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai. The Advisor will be required to provide exceptional customer service, work independently, and have a strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai.

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends in Dubai
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other industry professionals
- Manage contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions
- Attend networking events and actively seek out new business opportunities
- At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
