We are looking for professional and experienced Property Advisors to join our team. Qualifications:
- We looking for aggressive and Self-motivated agents
- Strong Sales Negotiation and Communication skills
- Good knowledge of leasing/Sales/ off plan rules and regulations
- Experience in Dubai Real Estate is mandatory
- Disciplined and organized
- Presentable and aggressive in reaching monthly targets
- Ability to work independently and as a team, combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Networking with agents and Property Owners/Landlords/ Investors
- Attractive Commission slabs
- Activation stands at five stars Luxury Hotels
- Fresh Leads on daily base
- Visa and Medical Insurance
- Luxury cars with driver for VIP Clients
- Real estate consultants\xe2\x80\x99 trainings
- Special inventory allocation
- Priority booking with developers for new launches
- Admin and Marketing support
- Exposure on all real estate portals
- Must have Real Estate Experience
- French speakers peffered
- Good communication skills
- Presentable
- Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
- French (Required)
