Typical day at fam:

• Lead generation by way of outbound calling to sellers/landlords
• Networking in your designated communities
• Conduct market appraisals, promote and monitor your properties
• Scheduling Photoshoots and Virtual Tours
• Create social media content related to your area and properties
• Develop relationships with sellers/landlords to obtain competitive market prices and match clients to properties
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices and mortgage solutions
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers and landlords
• Working hours 9 am-6 pm Monday - Friday

Preferred Requirements:

• Sales negotiation, communication and client relationship skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Steely determination, financially driven and highly motivated
• Presentable with professional image
• Minimum 21 years old
• Valid UK driving license
• Financially stable to relocate to Dubai

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1.00 - AED110,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
