Job Title: Property Management Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Administrator to join our team. The Property Administrator will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks related to our properties, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Tenant Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding inquiries, concerns, and requests. Address tenant issues promptly and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with property management to enforce lease agreements and resolve disputes.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of leases, rent payments, and tenant communications. Prepare and distribute notices, lease agreements, and other legal documents as necessary. Assist with lease renewals, rent collection, and security deposit handling. Manage property maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance staff or vendors to address issues promptly.

Financial Management:

Monitor rent payments and follow up on overdue accounts. Prepare financial reports as needed for property owners or management.

Vendor Management:

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property repairs, maintenance, and upgrades. Obtain quotes and proposals for maintenance projects and ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints.

Compliance and Legal Matters:

Stay informed about local landlord-tenant laws and regulations. Ensure properties comply with all applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards. Assist with eviction proceedings and other legal matters as necessary.

Requirements:

Previous experience in property management or real estate administration preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Fluent in Hindi and English languages.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
