Job Description

You'll be the

boots-on-the-ground property

acquisition lead for supply side for the platform (landlords, agencies, brokers). You'll independently source, pitch, and onboard property portfolios onto LeaseOasis, owning the full funnel from prospecting to "listing live".

What You'll Do

Prospect & Outreach:

Identify and contact landlords, property managers, and brokerages (phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, in-person).

Pitch the Value:

Clearly articulate why HH operators seek long-term leases, and how LeaseOasis'

subscription listings, inquiry credits, and ad placements

drive qualified demand.

Onboard Supply:

Guide owners/agents through account creation, document checks, and get published verified listings.

Pipeline Ownership:

Maintain a clean pipeline and activity log; move targets from cold ? qualified ? committed ? live.

Event Networking:

Represent LeaseOasis at industry meetups/workshops as needed.

Feedback Loop:

Capture market feedback to help improve messaging, pricing, and workflow.

Targets/KPIs:

Hit weekly activity and monthly onboarding goals (meetings set, verified listings live, active subscriptions).
You Have

2-5 years

in UAE real estate acquisitions, brokerage, business development, or marketplace supply growth Proven

hunter

mindset: comfortable with cold calls, WhatsApp outreach, and door-opening tactics. Knowledge of Dubai

DLD/RERA/DTCM

basics

Owner mentality:

self-managed, remote-friendly, delivers without hand-holding. Excellent

English

Arabic/Hindi/Urdu

a plus. Tools fluency tools required to do the job. Work Remotely (no office space will be available for daily use)
Nice to Have

Existing network of

landlords, agencies, or HH operators

in Dubai. Experience launching zero-to-one supply programs in lean startups. Familiarity with subscription/SaaS or marketplace business models.
