Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Property Acquisition Consultant

to join our expanding acquisitions team. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing real estate acquisition opportunities that align with PSI's strategic goals and the needs of our investors.

Key Responsibilities:

Source new acquisition opportunities through market research, networks, and direct outreach. Conduct financial and market feasibility studies for prospective properties. Analyze investment potential and provide strategic acquisition recommendations. Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end acquisition process. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and property owners. Collaborate with internal teams (valuation, legal, finance) to ensure smooth transactions. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity. Prepare detailed acquisition reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, consulting, or investment. Fluency in

Arabic and English

. Strong understanding of UAE real estate markets, particularly Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritize effectively. A proactive, goal-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
